What information do we collect and how do we use it?
We may collect the following types of personal information from you either via forms/surveys on our website(s) or when you complete a paper form/surveys to provide us with information:

Where do we keep personal data?
We digitally store our data in our content management system (CMS), which is located on servers in the UK and Europe. Backup copies of our CMS are securely stored on secure cloud servers managed by Google and Microsoft. We may also have copies of personal data on computers located in our offices.
We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. If you subscribe to our regular newsletter and updates, only your email will be transferred to Mailchimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.
For security, both our website, content management system and data processing have security technologies, including a two-factor authentication and measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, use, loss or publication, these technologies and measures are periodically reviewed and updated if necessary. You acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium for communication and, accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you send to us (or we send to you) via the Internet. We are not responsible for any damages which you, or others, may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information.
