Overview
KM2 Solutions have implemented a series of initiatives aimed at creating a healthy workplace which have been ongoing for almost 2 years. They have an allocated budget for a Healthy Workplaces Programme and an established Wellness Committee. KM2 Solutions in-house medical facility gives staff the opportunity to address any health challenges early rather than waiting until they have the funds and time to attend a private doctor or the polyclinic.

Healthy Workplace Programme – 16 key elements:
1 | Occupational Safety and Health There is an established and enforced Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Policy Employers and employees are required to report breaches of OSH Policy A mechanism is in place in your workplace that allows for reporting on and acting on occupational safety and health issues (accidents, illnesses) |
