The Get the Message campaign was a mobile phone text based advocacy campaign in support of the United Nations Summit on Chronic Diseases
which took place in New York in September 2011.
Digicel and LIME mobile subscribers in the Caribbean
sent a FREE TEXT message of support for this Summit.
The campaign was a great success and well over half a million text
messages were recorded.
